What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and expanding customers within the strategic accounts defined by management. The Strategic Account Manager will identify new sales opportunities with existing customers and proactively seek out new potential customers within the strategic account criteria, creating a robust network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions, particularly in the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE, SolidWorks, Driveworks & Visiativ Products domain, and will be comfortable managing strategic deals of over €100K.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the strategic accounts defined by management
· Understand the business goals and challenges of each customer and position the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE, SolidWorks, Driveworks & Visiativ Products portfolio to address their needs
· Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve commercial objectives
· Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers and proactively seek out new potential customers
· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
· Collaborate closely with the Strategic Business Consultant & Project Manager to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions
· Negotiate and close strategic deals of over €100K • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry
· Proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions. Experience in the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE, SolidWorks, Driveworks & Visiativ Products domain is a strong plus
· Strong understanding of consultative selling and strategic account management
· Experience in managing strategic deals of over €100K
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
· Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus
