Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Team Lead Marketeer to spearhead our marketing initiatives for Visiativ Products, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE, SolidWorks, Driveworks, and 3D Printing. In this role, you will lead a team of 4 persons and are responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that emphasize our expertise and contribute significantly to revenue generation. The Team Lead Marketeer will play a pivotal role in guiding the transition from traditional product marketing to a more nuanced communication of our expertise. This position reports directly to the Managing Director and works closely with the Sales Manager to achieve Visiativ Benelux's commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement yearly marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives. Guide the transition from traditional product marketing to emphasizing and communicating expertise.
- Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue through innovative and effective marketing strategies. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize results.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. Act as a project manager for external partners and suppliers involved in marketing delivery.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
- Inbound Marketing:
- Leverage HubSpot Inbound Marketing systems to optimize lead generation and customer engagement. Implement and refine inbound marketing strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Data-Driven Approach:
Use a data-driven approach to measure and analyze marketing performance. Draw conclusions from data to sculpt and optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on technology or software solutions.
- Proficient in HubSpot Inbound Marketing systems and a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage marketing teams while also acting in the field yourself.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
